Buckets are designed for loading heavy density materials that is easily broken out of the bank. e.g. sand, gravel, earth, waste etc.
Products dumping cylinders are located on the sidewalls which gives a fully empty space inside the bucket without any beams or other parts.
This style of construction will avoid material freezing inside at wintertime and material will move easely in and out of the bucket.
Buckets cylinders have inside oil suspension for both ends.Buckets unloading heights are increased about 1500 mm ( 59 in).
Heavy material high dump buckets SOP range are overally made from material S355 but cutting edge and bolt-on edges are from material HB500 (Hardox 500).Sides and bottom are made from HB400(Hardox 400).
Buckets dimensions are shown with bolt-on edges as standard
